Duluth Harbor Industrial Park was purchased from Georgia Pacific after it shut down in 2012. Like Twin Ports Warehouse, we cleared it out to make an open warehouse. It, too, is serviced by truck and rail. With the addition of the former timber dock property attached, a day will come that it offers service to the waters of Lake Superior. This facility is also the home of Jeff Foster Heavy Haul.
